These terms govern your use of satconx.com and the reservation services offered through it. By using this site or placing a reservation deposit, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

SatCon provides certified aviation connectivity services, including FAA-approved Starlink Aviation installation and integration. Information on this site describes our programs generally; the scope, pricing, and schedule for any specific installation are confirmed in a written agreement between you and SatCon.

Reservations and Deposits

• A reservation deposit of $1,250 secures a place in SatCon's installation schedule.
• A deposit is not a purchase of an installation. Aircraft eligibility, final pricing, installation scope, and scheduling are confirmed by SatCon after review of your aircraft.
• If SatCon determines your aircraft is not eligible for an available program, we will work with you on alternatives or refund your deposit.
• Deposit application, transfer, and refund terms for eligible aircraft are confirmed in your reservation communications and installation agreement.

Pricing and Promotions

Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, promotional installation pricing starts at $75,000; after the promotion ends, the STC package will be $75,000 with installation priced separately. All pricing varies by airframe and configuration.

Aviation Regulatory Compliance

All installations are subject to applicable FAA approvals, approved technical data, and final aircraft review. Nothing on this site constitutes a representation that any specific aircraft is eligible for installation until confirmed by SatCon.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The content of this site belongs to SatCon and may not be reproduced without permission. Starlink, Amazon, GoGo, and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatCon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and the terms of any installation agreement govern the services themselves.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
