Is SatCon actually FAA-approved?
Yes. SatCon holds FAA approval for Starlink Aviation installation on the Hawker 800XP and completed the world's first Starlink-connected Hawker 800XP in March 2025. All installations are performed against approved technical data and closed out with full documentation and logbook sign-off. Additional STC programs are in development for other midsize airframes.
Where is SatCon located and where can installations be performed?
SatCon is based at 1500 Perimeter Rd, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, and serves business aircraft operators across the United States. Contact SatCon at 561-677-3757 to discuss logistics for your aircraft.
Which aircraft are eligible for a SatCon Starlink installation?
SatCon's installation is FAA-approved for the Hawker 800XP today. Supplemental type certificate programs are in progress for the Dassault Falcon 900, Bombardier Challenger 850 and CRJ200, Embraer Phenom 100, Learjet 45, and Learjet 60. If your airframe is not listed, SatCon will review your aircraft and timeline directly.
